Hoffer and Von Rohr first to qualify for French Throwdown 2027

Victor Hoffer and Mirjam Von Rohr are the first two athletes in the world to qualify for a CrossFit Semifinal in the 2027 season. Both won the FTD x Mayhem Online Competition, a virtual event that concluded last week.

The online competition was a collaboration between the French Throwdown and the well-known CrossFit team Mayhem. It was explicitly designed to give athletes the chance to earn a semifinal ticket during the offseason.

The winners receive a direct invitation to the French Throwdown 2027, one of the European CrossFit Semifinals. For both athletes, it is an early and significant confirmation of their fitness heading into the new competitive season.
