CrossFit seeks new CFO after departure of Dalibor Snyder

CrossFit has begun the search for a new Chief Financial Officer. The vacancy was announced on LinkedIn by Kyla Pavlina and shortly afterward confirmed by Dave Castro in his weekly Week in Review.
The new CFO will succeed Dalibor Snyder, who took on the role in September 2024. Less than a year later, his time at CrossFit already appears to be over.
The quick departure raises questions about the stability at the top of the organization's financial leadership. CrossFit has faced management turnover on multiple occasions in recent years.
For CrossFit fans, this news is relevant because financial leadership plays a significant role in how the company invests in competitions, athletes and the continued growth of the sport worldwide.
