Fraser, Fikowski and Vellner appear in Rogue Invitational Legends roster

The Rogue Invitational will once again feature a Legends competition this year, bringing former elite athletes back to the competition floor. The name says it all: these are athletes who dominated the CrossFit circuit in an earlier era.

The list includes familiar faces such as Chris Spealler, Annie Sakamoto, Josh Everett, Tanya Wagner and Matt Chan. These are names that CrossFit veterans will instantly recognize from the early years of the sport.

The most striking aspect of the roster, however, is the inclusion of Mat Fraser, Brent Fikowski and Pat Vellner. Those names still feel very recent to many fans, which makes clear just how quickly the sport's elite level continues to evolve.

For CrossFit fans, this is a great opportunity to see champions from different generations in action. The Rogue Invitational is considered one of the most prestigious invitational tournaments outside the official CrossFit Games.
