French Throwdown 2026 kicks off this weekend: here's how to watch

The French Throwdown 2026 begins on Friday, May 15 and runs through the entire weekend until Sunday, May 17. Elite individuals will compete across six workouts, while elite teams have five events on their schedule.

The competition can be watched live via the French Throwdown's YouTube channel and through the CrossFit Games website. Streams are available in both French and English, with English commentary provided by Pedro from Coffee Pods and Wods. A separate stream will also cover the Rogue Arena, where part of the team events will take place.

Most elite events are held at the Reebok Arena. Those looking to follow the standings can head to Competition Corner, where the live leaderboard is available.
