Horvath climbs from last place to podium at Rogue Invitational

Laura Horvath showed this weekend what mental resilience truly means. The Hungarian athlete finished last on day one of the Rogue Invitational in the River Dee event, a grueling combination of SkiErg, wall walks and other movements.
That last place turned out to be no sign of a weak weekend. Horvath regrouped and worked her way strongly up through the rest of the program, ultimately all the way to the podium.
A comeback from last position to a top finish is rare at this level. It shows that the Rogue Invitational remains exciting until the very end and that a single disappointing event does not define the overall picture.
For Dutch CrossFit fans, Horvath is a familiar name from the top of the sport. Her performance this weekend once again confirms that she belongs among the very best in the world.
