Mirjam von Rohr reaches milestone of 10 medals at European and World Championships

Mirjam von Rohr has reached a personal milestone: ten medals at European and World Championships, spread across multiple sports. The athlete announced this on her Instagram. The list runs from the HYROX European Championships in 2022 through to a Functional Fitness European Championship in Italy in 2026.

Von Rohr competed in more than twenty European and World Championship editions during that period, in disciplines including Hyrox, functional fitness and weightlifting. She has shared the floor with athletes who have won the title of Fittest on Earth and competed at a European weightlifting championship alongside Olympians.

In her post, she emphasizes that the medals themselves matter less to her than they once did. What stays with her are the experiences and the connections made with other elite athletes. The caption was cut off due to a technical issue, but the heart of her reflection was clear.

Von Rohr qualified for her first World Championship on exactly her twentieth birthday. Since then, she has grown into one of the more versatile names on the European competitive fitness scene.
