Station Negen opens season with public training session in Utrecht

Station Negen is kicking off the new podcast season with an afternoon in Utrecht. On August 29, listeners can join a competition-focused training session at Lead Out Performance Gym, located near the Galgenwaard.

The session will be led by Hidde, who will also have the opportunity to answer questions about Hyrox and Gymrace. Participants will be able to prepare specifically for an upcoming competition.

During the same afternoon, Station Negen will record the first episode of the new season live with the audience. The organization is also asking listeners for input on what they want to hear this season.

Participation costs 20 euros per person. Spots are limited, and tickets are available via the link in the account's bio.
