The World Fitness Project (WFP) continues this weekend with the second stop of the season. From Friday, August 28 through Sunday, August 30, athletes will compete in Westfield, Indiana for crucial points in the overall standings.

The stakes are high, as performances at these tour stops determine who will advance to the Finals in Copenhagen in December. Only the top athletes will qualify for that championship event.

In May, 100 athletes, fifty men and fifty women, qualified for this season. They are now building their position in the rankings competition by competition.

For Dutch CrossFit fans, the WFP is a circuit worth following closely, especially as the season moves toward its climax and the names set to appear in Copenhagen begin to take shape.
