Assault Fitness, known for the popular AirBike and other cardio equipment widely used in CrossFit and Hyrox training, has become part of a bankruptcy procedure involving parent company FitLab. Customers have been complaining since at least the spring of 2025 about orders that never arrived.

The American Better Business Bureau has recorded no fewer than 169 complaints against Assault Fitness Products over the past three years. Many of those complaints concern undelivered equipment and refunds that never came through.

The Assault Fitness website currently shows all products as sold out. For athletes and box owners who had placed orders, it remains unclear when, or even whether, they will ever see their money or goods returned.
