Former speed skater Robin Groot finds happiness in Hyrox

Robin Groot spent years trying to break through in the world of speed skating, before abruptly calling it quits last year. To stay active, she signed up for a Hyrox race.

It turned out to be a turning point. Groot says she is happier now than she ever was as an elite athlete, a striking admission from someone who dedicated so much of her life to performing at the highest level.
