Rich Froning teaches a class at CrossFit Aberdeen during the Rogue Invitational

Mayhem and CrossFit Aberdeen are joining forces for a special drop-in during the Rogue Invitational. Participants can take part in a ninety-minute class led by Rich Froning.

After the workout, there will be time for an informal gathering and a Q&A with Froning. Sign-ups are available through CrossFit Aberdeen.
