Team Online Semifinals Underway

The Team Online Semifinals kicked off Thursday afternoon at 3:00 PM Eastern Time. Teams that have not yet secured a spot at the 2026 CrossFit Games through an in-person semifinal have until Monday, June 8 at 3:00 PM Eastern to complete five workouts.

The seven highest-ranked teams in the online standings will qualify for the CrossFit Games, where they will join the thirteen teams that already earned their spot through an in-person semifinal.

Participation comes with strict requirements. Workouts must be completed at a recognized CrossFit affiliate, and both a head judge and a floor judge are required to be present, each holding an active CrossFit Level 1 certificate or higher and a valid Advanced Judges Course certificate. These qualifications had to be obtained before the competition began. Last year, several age group athletes missed out on participation because their judges completed the Advanced Judges Course after the start date.

Unlike last year, 2026 also introduces a video requirement for all workouts. Recordings must be publicly available on YouTube, may not be edited, and must show the clock on screen at all times. Background music must not result in a copyright block on the video. The final team standings will be published no later than June 22, 2026.
