Khrennikov misses Rogue Invitational due to injury, men's field shrinks to 19

Roman Khrennikov announced last week that he will not compete at the Rogue Invitational. The Russian CrossFitter is still dealing with injuries sustained during earlier competitions and has not yet recovered sufficiently.
His withdrawal leaves the men's field at this prestigious tournament at just 19 athletes. No replacement was found, suggesting the organization no longer had time to arrange a suitable backfill.
The Rogue Invitational is one of the most closely followed CrossFit events outside the official Games season. For Dutch fans, the absence of a top name like Khrennikov is a disappointment, though the field remains impressively strong with nineteen men and women competing.
